Thanks for the comment! Yeah, it is so much easier to bitch on Twitter, isn't it? But I find people don't usually respond well to being tweeted at 😉so sometimes going old school with a two way phone call has better results.
I can’t love this enough! Uncomfortable conversations are so important, especially as a white woman, who didn’t even realize I did in fact have poc friends in my small town, but didn’t notice. This is a humbling experience, one that is so important to undertake and truly be an advocate.
